These are the corner stones of our lineage and academy.  The instructor, Randall "Bambu" Duval, endeavors to nurture these qualities in himself and his students.  Capoeira is life, and what is learned in the class/roda is applied in life. 

These four principles are particular to Capoeira Angola Palmares and should not be taken as all encompassing of the art.  As Respect is a principle we practice, we respect other lineages and
their narratives.
